We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at MyMichigan Health. As a Medical Office Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patient health care needs, nursing care requirements, and deliver high-quality care to meet individualized patient needs.
- Care Implementation: Plan, prioritize, and implement nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and policy.
- Evaluation and Quality Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care to ensure responsible and appropriate care is rendered to patients.
- Self-Management and Teamwork: Hold yourself accountable for delivery of responsible nursing care, demonstrate effective communication skills, and work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve shared goals.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (required), Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Certifications and Licensures: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Experience: Previous direct patient care experience preferred
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain regular and predictable attendance. The physical demands of this position include occasional lifting or carrying of 21-50 pounds, frequent walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements.
