Job Summary:

The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the corporation's Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) requirements are met for government business, including DIA, DoD, and DCSA. This role will also manage Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) Information Systems (IS) to maintain accreditation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Information Technology, preferably in a classified environment, and hold a Top-Secret security clearance and SCI/program eligibility. A DoD M - IAM level 1 certification (Security+, GSLC, CISM, or CISSP) is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain ICDs, Security Manual, and procedures for SCI/SAP and collateral systems.
  • Enforce corporate policies to support ICD and other CI standards.
  • Ensure compliance with current Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for all applicable systems.
  • Interface with clients to operate and secure classified systems.
  • Assist the ISSM in establishing, communicating, and improving the collateral and SCI/SAP IS Security Program.
  • Prepare for internal self-inspections, DIA, and other government inspections.
  • Assess changes by performing periodic self-inspections, tests, and reviews of the classified IS program.

Requirements:

  • Top-Secret security clearance and SCI/program eligibility.
  • 4+ years' experience in Information Technology, preferably in a classified environment.
  • DoD M - IAM level 1 certification (Security+, GSLC, CISM, or CISSP).
  • Working knowledge of DoD, DISA, ICDs, and associated IC security regulations, policies, STIGs, and laws.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of DIA and other federal government network security processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with encryption technologies, forensics, penetration, and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies and information technology security research.
