Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform essential repairs, including fixing locks and touch-up painting.
  • Inspect control panels and electrical systems to diagnose issues.
  • Install various appliances and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns and managing waste.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot equipment and systems, including ventilation.
  • Ensure the functionality of safety systems, such as fire alarms.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals during renovation projects.
  • Report directly to the Chief Engineer when applicable.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fundamental knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong physical stamina and dexterity.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
