About the Role
The Wheeler Clinic is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As an Integrated Healthcare Specialist, you will work closely with clients and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services for children and adults in an integrated healthcare setting.
- Foster positive relationships with coworkers, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective case management and referral processes.
- Maintain program integrity and adhere to evidence-based practice models.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensure as LMSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPC, or licensed/eligible Psychologist in Connecticut.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
