Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Join The Village at Germantown team as a Marketing Coordinator and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and assisting with marketing events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in touring and meeting with prospective residents.
  • Manage the database in CRM and log all activities.
  • Support and assist at marketing events.
  • Act as a liaison between the future resident, sales staff, vendors, and community management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years in marketing, advertising, or graphic design.
  • Excellent verbal, written, telephone, and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with standard office equipment and PC programs.
