As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, and providing top-notch service to ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and process customer orders over the phone and in-person
• Assist customers with their queries and concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the customer area, production areas, and outer areas of the building
• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided
