Special Investigations Director

AIPSO is a management organization and service provider for various insurance industry groups responsible for administering the residual market. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing fraudulent activities that threaten the integrity of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive educational and informational program to raise awareness about fraud prevention and detection.
- Conduct regular meetings with SIU liaisons to identify potential fraudulent trends and practices.
- Perform fieldwork and coordinate efforts with insurance industry fraud units, counsel, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain an effective communication network to share information and best practices with industry partners.
- Provide regular reports to management and present information to the AIPSO Board, Governing Committees, and other subcommittees as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 8-10 years of experience in investigative and/or administrative law enforcement, with a minimum of 5 years in a company special investigations unit.
- Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office productivity tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
