Essential Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of experience in acute care hospital pharmacy or equivalent
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency

Compensation Information
The salary range provided is the base pay; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
