The Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is seeking a highly skilled Evaluation Coordinator to join our team in the Department of Psychology, College of Humanities and Sciences. As an Evaluation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Center of Evidence-Based Partnerships in Virginia (CEP-VA) in their mission to provide ongoing evaluation of evidence-based programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and manage evaluation and program fidelity data for each evidence-based program evaluated
  • Prepare reports and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain digital workspaces and tools to support project management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or public administration
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
