Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Make beds neatly with fresh linens, replenish supplies, and place clean towels on racks.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean bathrooms, scrubbing basins, bathtubs, toilets, and tile floors with damp rags and appropriate cleaners.
  • General Cleaning: Pick up pins and paper from floors, remove and empty trash in waste baskets, clean mirrors and shelves, wipe door frames, window sills, and baseboards.
  • Guest Services: Ensure that guests are supplied with the necessary amenities and supplies.
  • Communication: Report any unusual conditions or maintenance problems to the housekeeping supervisory staff.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to complete applicable housekeeping forms, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and work within scheduling guidelines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

95% of the time, you will be working indoors in a hotel environment. 5% of the time, you may be working outdoors during property walks and inspections.
