Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for supervising ongoing professional and ethical ABA service delivery, conducting assessments, and providing BCBA and BCaBA candidate supervision. You will also ensure clinical competency of assigned Registered Behavior Technicians, conduct annual performance reviews, and provide parent education specific to ABA program training and principles.
Responsibilities- Supervise ongoing professional and ethical ABA service delivery
- Conduct assessments, including the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PDDBI, etc.
- Provide BCBA and BCaBA candidate supervision, where appropriate
- Ensure clinical competency of assigned Registered Behavior Technicians through direct observation, supervision, training, data, and clinical note fidelity checks
- Conduct annual performance reviews and corrective action plans of staff
- Provide parent education specific to ABA program training and principles
- Coordinate care with families, schools, and other outside service providers
- Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes, data, treatment plans, and treatment plan adjustments within given time requirements
- Masters Degree from an accredited institution conferred in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology
- Credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA, in good standing
- Licensed to practice Behavior Analysis in VA or willing to become licensed within 30 days
