Job Title: ABA Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at A Better Day ABA, PLC. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver personalized ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans (ISPs) developed by BCBAs in home, center, and community-based environments.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
• Provide regular written session notes to document progress on treatment goals.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA on progress and barriers inhibiting progress.
• Maintain a professional rapport with the families and staff of A Better Day ABA, PLC.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to get to client homes and office/clinic.
• Ability to lift (50lbs), bend, sit on the floor, and engage in active play.
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training program before working with our team.
• Availability to work at least between the hours of 4-6 pm.
