We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our team in Sanibel Island. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive outreach and propose suitable products and services to help customers achieve their financial goals
  • Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
  • Work closely with managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures
  • Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to effectively connect with customers' needs
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build strong relationships
  • Offer suitable options for bank products and services to customers
  • Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as necessary
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
  • Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
