Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Coordinator at Brown's Uniform and Rite Choice Promotional Products. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, from receipt to shipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify completeness of all customer orders, including those requiring embellishments.
  • Submit orders for invoicing upon completion and monitor all outsourced orders.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to the Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel to research order status and assist with resolving any issues.
  • Review and process new incoming orders, pulling inventory items as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including embroidery and alteration logs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any order-related issues.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the receiving and inventory functions.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic mathematical concepts and fluency in the English language.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and exert direct force.
