Position Overview:

The Charg Product Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the Charg team to formulate and implement the marketing strategy for Charg products. This role involves engaging with current retail partners to ensure effective market introduction of new products and managing marketing development funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research, including digital analytics, to understand the motivations of various Charg market segments, thereby informing product positioning and marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Chief Product Officer and Sales team to create and execute strategic marketing goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, which encompasses advertising initiatives, promotional activities, and social media outreach.
  • Design, implement, and oversee the Charg social media strategy to achieve established KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop materials that facilitate sales efforts.
  • Work alongside the Charg team to create go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring seamless execution, which includes working with external agencies and managing the RFQ/SOW process.
  • Engage with retail partners to devise go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, which may involve overseeing the development of in-store displays as needed.
  • Manage all Charg-related content on customer product management platforms.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web traffic analytics.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in retail merchandising is advantageous.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration is required.
