About the Job

This role involves providing high-quality care to our residents by assisting them with daily living activities, observing their health, and reporting any concerns to the supervising nurse. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant demeanor, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of Residents' Well-being
  • Observing Residents and Reporting Health Issues
  • Personal Hygiene Assistance, Including Bed Bath, Shaving, Etc.
  • Meal Tray Setup and Food/Fluid Intake Documentation
  • Feeding Residents and Serving Nutritional Supplements
  • Maintenance of Residents' Space Cleanliness
  • Transportation of Residents Within the Facility
  • Prevention of Bedsores Through Regular Turning
  • Confidentiality Maintenance of Resident and Facility Data
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must be able to work collaboratively as a team member, possess current New York State Certification, and maintain good standing with the State Registry. Additionally, proficiency in English (ELL101) is required.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, generous pay rates, extra evening and night shift differentials, flexible schedules, and career advancement opportunities. Our estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
