Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care">
  • Collecting and recording vital signs and health information from patients">
  • Administering medications and injections as needed">
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores">
  • Overseeing the work of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports">
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes">

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid LPN State license">
  • Must be in good standing with the State Registry">
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills">
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment">

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
