Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified instructor to teach introductory-level psychology courses, including lectures, discussions, and assessments. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to adapt to a variety of teaching methods and student backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Teach psychology courses, including lectures, discussions, and assessments
  • Develop and implement course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments
  • Provide regular feedback to students, including grades, comments, and suggestions for improvement
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum and instructional materials
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in education

Requirements

  • Masters degree in psychology or a related field
  • 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a higher education setting

Salary and Benefits
