Job Summary

We are seeking an Adjunct Instructor of Psychology to teach introductory-level courses in a face-to-face or hybrid class environment. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field, with 3-5 years of teaching experience. The instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering course instruction, assessing student progress, and maintaining a professional and courteous attitude towards students, colleagues, and the College community.

Responsibilities
  • Teach introductory-level courses in Psychology to support the general education curriculum.
  • Plan and deliver course instruction based on approved syllabi, goals, and objectives.
  • Design, administer, and grade assessments to evaluate student learning.
  • Provide regular feedback and academic support to students.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards students, colleagues, and the College community.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of teaching experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
