GEN3 Electric and HVAC is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems for our customers in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

  • Service and install heating and cooling systems, including mini-splits, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, water source heat pumps, and water heaters.
  • Work with customers to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and service/sales teams.
  • Keep company trucks clean and well-maintained.
  • Properly complete paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
