  • Prepare Daily Communication Sheets: Prepare daily communication sheets for the following shift, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated effectively.
  • Check Restaurant for Cleanliness and Setup: Check the restaurant for cleanliness and setup, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Abide by State, Federal, and Corporate Liquor Requirements: Abide by all state, federal, and corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages, ensuring that all laws and regulations are followed.
  • Communicate with Restaurant Manager: Communicate daily with the restaurant manager regarding special events, house counts, and other important information.
  • Assist with Menu Classes and Taste Panels: Assist the restaurant manager in conducting menu classes and taste panels, ensuring that all menu items meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
  • Communicate Effectively with Staff: Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff, ensuring that all team members are informed and aware of their responsibilities.
  • Comply with Attendance Rules: Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that the restaurant runs smoothly.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Hotel Experience: Hotel experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to Use Point of Sale: The ability to use point of sale systems is required for this position.
  • Ability to Lift and Carry Weight: The ability to lift and carry weight up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations is required for this position.
  • Ability to Push and Pull Carts: The ability to push and pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations is required for this position.
  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are required for this position, including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
