Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality control standards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of quality management procedures and demonstrate the ability to work independently to identify, document, and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage various quality aspects within the organization.
  • Maintain and update quality control records and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement and sustain quality control standards.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality management protocols are followed.
  • Train and develop staff on quality procedures and standards.
  • Assist with special projects and escalate quality issues as needed.
  • Document quality issues and resolutions to maintain an organized tracking system.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in quality control or a similar role within manufacturing, production, or relevant industry.
  • Experience working with quality management systems (QMS) and quality reporting.
  • Proven ability to independently identify, document, and resolve product quality issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, ISO standards, or similar quality frameworks.
  • Previous experience training staff on quality processes.
Key Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in quality control software and tools for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
