Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team at Jack Link's Protein Snacks. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and enhancing our overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of our Continuous Improvement Process, working closely with the Plant Leadership Team to monitor plant targets and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Develop and implement action plans to advance process improvements and achieve targets, leveraging systematic problem-solving approaches and data analysis methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive operational excellence.
  • Manage the plant-level Key Performance Indicator charting and posting process, simplifying data collection and automating processes where possible.
  • Facilitate Kaizen Events and lead site improvement teams to drive performance enhancements.
  • Develop and implement a cost savings tracking process based on corporate guidelines.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
