Compensation Package: Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Equity Opportunities
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in consulting and clinical research

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence stakeholders
- Track record of effective team leadership and change management
- Results-driven and adept at thriving in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as required
