Position Details:

  • Compensation: $18.50 per hour plus $25 commission for each policy sold
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:15 AM to 11 PM EST, with flexibility required
  • Equipment: Company will provide necessary computer equipment
  • Experience: Must be a licensed Medicare Agent with at least one year of experience in selling Medicare Advantage and D-SNP plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outbound sales inquiries to effectively promote health insurance plans and products via phone (no cold calling involved)
  • Quickly learn and understand new concepts and product offerings, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate a passion for assisting the senior community
  • Guide clients through the health insurance policy selection and application process, serving as a subject matter expert for health insurance enrollments

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of licensed Medicare sales experience, including D-SNP
  • Experience with outbound calls
  • Must have releases from carriers (Aetna, UHC) or be able to obtain them prior to training
  • Self-motivated, driven, and confident personality
  • Must have a reliable Ethernet connection and a suitable work environment to maintain confidentiality
