Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Create daily agendas for senior leaders, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all meetings and events.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, including transportation and lodging, and ensure all necessary documents are in order.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, background information, and historical emails.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including processing invoices and reimbursement forms.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external constituencies, communicating effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or teams.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to type 50 WPM. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to edit documents and maintain PowerPoint slides.
