We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cape May County. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify individual needs and develop effective care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to unlicensed nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing practice and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
