Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Cape May County. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely and effective care consistent with individual needs, choices, and preferences.
  • Participate in shift-to-shift communication and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented, and responsive work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive patient information at all times.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
