Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cape May County. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop effective care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and wound care
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to unlicensed staff members
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in shift-to-shift communication and maintain a safe and respectful work environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
