PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The main duty is to assist servers efficiently by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation during and after guests' dining experiences.

KEY TASKS INCLUDE:

  • Clearing tables of all dishes and glassware after guests depart.
  • Resetting tables for new guests.
  • Keeping the restaurant floor clean and tidy.
  • Transporting dishware to the dishwashing area.
  • Supporting servers by refilling beverages, delivering food, and pre-bussing tables.
  • Providing water and tea to guests upon their arrival.
  • Performing any additional tasks as assigned by management.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should possess the ability to use their arms, hands, and fingers repetitively; communicate effectively with team members; maintain a positive attitude; and have a basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills. Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices is essential.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: To successfully execute the essential functions of this role, employees must be capable of performing tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, listening, and repetitive motions. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally for moving furniture is required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Employees may occasionally encounter cold, heat, and water.
