Maintenance Technician

National Property Management Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the property maintains a presentable outside appearance and providing excellent customer service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare units for occupancy by performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring all necessary repairs are completed.
- Ensure the property's exterior appearance is well-maintained, including grounds keeping and exterior projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform trash valet service and daily trash pickup as needed.
- Assist with general maintenance work as requested, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Respond to on-call/after hour emergencies every other week as part of a two-person rotation.
Requirements:
- General maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Experience in residential apartment maintenance is a plus.
- Familiarity with plumbing repairs, tile work, HVAC equipment, appliances, carpentry repairs, electrical repairs, and all facets of apartment make-ready.
- Knowledge of pool maintenance and chemical handling.
Salary: $19 per hour
NOTE: Wages are determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, skill set, and internal equity.
