Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • An active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on medication management preferred.
  • A strong understanding of pharmacology, medication administration, and drug interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in electronic medication administration records (eMAR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in personal care, long-term care, hospice, or home health settings is desirable, as is knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines related to medication management. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is also highly valued.
