Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- An active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on medication management preferred.
- A strong understanding of pharmacology, medication administration, and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic medication administration records (eMAR) systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
