Job Overview

ReNew Wound Care is seeking a highly skilled Physician Wound Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced wound care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control measures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress.
  • Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Valid License – Board Certified Physician
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
  • Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
