About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Water Truck Driver to join our team for a 3-month project in the Fort Collins area. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a water truck to transport and distribute water for various construction and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Transportation: Safely transport water to designated locations, following established routes and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Distribution: Distribute water on construction sites to control dust and provide moisture for soil compaction, following established protocols to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the water truck to ensure it is in good working condition, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certifications: Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record and previous experience operating a water truck or similar heavy equipment.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering hoses, and maintaining a high level of stamina throughout the workday.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; CDL training or relevant certification preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly Wage: Earn a competitive hourly wage ($24-$48/hour) based on experience and qualifications.
  • Per Diem: Receive $120/day per diem to cover daily expenses.
  • Benefits: Eligibility for comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health spending account, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, short-term and long-term disability, and 401(k) retirement plan.
