Your duties will include directing shift technician resources, working with Equipment Maintenance Area Supervisors to implement global initiatives, and partnering with Fab Operations supervisors to meet customer and factory needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating solutions to equipment issues, encouraging precision and excellence in maintenance and communication activities, conducting thorough observations, and providing point-of-contact services for advanced troubleshooting and escalation. You will also be accountable for ensuring and supporting training and certification programs, providing input for employee performance measurement, and driving equipment maintenance metric adherence. Furthermore, you will function as a project/program manager for assigned cross-functional needs and participate in selecting and hiring new technicians for your shift.

Key Requirements: To succeed in this position, you should possess strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and related challenges. A preferred degree is a BS in Technical/Business Management or an Associate in Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent technical degree. You should have 8-10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and related challenges, with a proven track record of effectively managing a team of technical experts. Demonstrated technical expertise, leadership, and employee development skills are essential, along with the ability to balance short-term and long-term needs and manage competing priorities. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, resolve conflict constructively, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
