Responsibilities:
- Assign staff to patients based on current clinic workload, considering acuity, staff experience, and patient complexity.
- Engage in performance management, including coaching and evaluations, while addressing disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Manage conflicts and facilitate smooth clinic operations.
- Implement service recovery strategies to enhance patient and employee retention.
- Coordinate orientation and training for new employees.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program is required.
- BSN is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a related field.
- Maintain clinical competencies as required.
- Strong written, verbal, and computer skills are essential.
- Proven problem-solving, leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and their families.
Licensure/Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility in New Hampshire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or higher, as per unit-specific requirements.
