Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our Radiation Oncology team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patient assignments and flow within the clinic, providing oversight of patient care, and serving as a lead, clinical resource, role model, and extension of management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RN/LNA monthly work schedules and update daily work schedules to accommodate patient acuity, staff experience, and competency.
- Participate in performance management of staff members, including mentoring and preparation of performance management processes.
- Serve as liaison to other departments and clinics concerning services offered by the clinic.
- Address conflicts and assist/mediate to maintain smooth operation of the clinic.
- Facilitate orientation and training for employees.
- Oversee attendance and approve timecards.
- Complete and submit weekly targeted tracers for the clinic.
- Participate in daily morning huddles and weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly team meetings.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
- BSN preferred.
- 2 years of related supervisory/management experience.
- Must obtain and maintain clinical competencies as appropriate.
- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills required.
- Demonstrated abilities with problem solving, leadership, communication, fiscal responsibility, and teamwork.
