Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Rental Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing rental accounts, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage rental accounts and ensure timely payments
  • Deliver merchandise promptly and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
