Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Care Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our members and patients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent services to members and patients
  • Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in to see the Chiropractor
  • Answering phone calls and re-engaging inactive members
  • Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
  • Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
  • Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction
