Job Title: Mercury Marine Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Mercury Marine Assembler to join our team at Thunder Jet. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing Mercury Marine products, following established procedures and guidelines. This is a highly repetitive role that requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test Mercury Marine products, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Use hand tools, scales, and other process-related equipment to complete tasks.
  • Work in a team environment, following direction and reading work instructions.
  • Prepare container tickets, including addition and subtraction of part counts.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Basic reading and math skills required.
  • Normal to high manual dexterity skills required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction.
Working Conditions:

The performance of this position requires exposure to a typical manufacturing environment, with potential hazards including ergonomic issues, burns, bruises, cuts, heavy lifting, fumes, slippery floors, machine hazards, chemicals, and gases. Protective measures have been put in place to minimize risks, including machine guards, ergonomic stretch programs, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
