Product Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality products that meet or exceed customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop new products and product lines
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development and manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with CAD design software and manufacturing simulation tools
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies
- Certification in quality control or manufacturing engineering
