Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, adhering to established procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment use.
  • Notify your manager of any minor or major repairs needed for building operating systems.
  • Establish effective communication with clients, coworkers, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by ABM Industries, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training is provided.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience are preferred.
