- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Identify and report any changes in patient condition or clinic operations to the Clinic Manager.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant training program required.
- Successful completion of CMA certification with the credentials of RMA, NCMA, NRCMA, CCMA, or CMAA, prior to hire.
- Experience as a CMA, preferably in dermatology.
