Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain coffee break stations, ensuring a consistent supply of food and beverages.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all break areas, including regular cleaning and organization of buffet and beverage stations.
- Monitor food presentation and availability, ensuring all items are fresh and appealing.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude, addressing any concerns and escalating to management when necessary.
- Perform preparatory tasks and side duties to guarantee prompt and efficient service to guests.
- Restock disposable utensils and ensure all service areas are well-equipped.
- Check product freshness and rotate stock as needed.
- Assist in the breakdown of coffee break stations at the end of shifts.
- Deliver service to guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Ensure that all service areas are free from debris and maintain an orderly storeroom.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior customer service experience is essential; experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- BASSET and Food Handler certifications or equivalent are mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Medium physical work is required, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
