- Cost Estimation and Management: Prepare labor and materials cost estimates for various jobs, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure compliance with instructions and standard procedures, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Time and Materials Management: Keep accurate time records of employees and make required reports on materials and time expended on each project.
- Equipment Maintenance and Management: Oversee the care and maintenance of cement finishing and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
