As a Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy team. Your primary responsibility will be to distribute workload and monitor workflow for team members, ensuring that assigned tasks are completed timely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure effective distribution of workload and workflow for assigned area, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Provide first-line support to team members and cell owners, addressing questions and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage issues impacting team productivity, offering solutions and collaborating with others to resolve problems.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with established policies and standard operating procedures, and contribute to the development and documentation of new policies and procedures.
- Provide training and validation for Automation staff, ensuring that all team members are cross-trained to cover production functions.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience leading people or a team in a warehouse setting is strongly preferred.
- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email skills, preferred.
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
