Position Overview
We are in search of a Senior Automation Engineering Leader to spearhead our Test Automation Team. This team is responsible for developing automation tools and frameworks utilized across multiple departments to construct and execute automated tests, ensuring quality checkpoints in CI/CD pipelines, and offering leadership visibility into product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a skilled engineering team focused on the implementation and advocacy of Test Automation tools and frameworks.
  • Drive substantial Test Automation enhancements throughout the technology organization.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to elevate the development experience.
  • Oversee the integration of Automated Quality gates into deployment pipelines.
  • Assist various engineering teams in troubleshooting issues related to Test Automation frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and leading automation teams.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation.
  • 4+ years of programming experience in languages such as Java, Typescript, Python, or similar.
  • Proven experience in constructing Test Automation platforms for backend (e.g., Junit).
  • Experience in developing Test Automation platforms for frontend (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Test Automation platforms (e.g., Gatling, Artillery).
  • Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub actions).
  • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
