ROLE SUMMARY

Monitor and secure all areas of the establishment; assist patrons with access to facilities. Oversee surveillance systems, alarm mechanisms, and fire safety protocols. Lock access points as necessary. Conduct routine safety inspections. Respond to incidents, contact emergency services, or provide first aid/CPR as needed. Support guests and staff during crises. Inform relevant parties in case of emergencies or disturbances. Mediate conflicts among guests or staff. Seek external assistance when required. Document all security-related occurrences through incident reports. Address interruptions and grievances. Resolve safety concerns promptly. Escort unauthorized individuals off the premises without disrupting operations. Attend to incidents involving vehicle accidents or thefts. Utilize appropriate codes to request assistance. Complete a daily activity report summarizing security operations. Maintain confidentiality regarding all security and property documentation; share information only with authorized personnel. Conduct inquiries and gather relevant evidence. Interview involved parties as necessary.

Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures; report incidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications; ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express gratitude to guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare and review written documentation accurately. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues; collaborate to achieve common objectives. Comply with quality assurance standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Additionally, some jurisdictions may have specific licensing or registration requirements for this role. Read and verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools and equipment for defects. Access work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Respond swiftly to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog). Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or throughout an entire shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance. Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate through confined or elevated spaces. Traverse sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as stairs and service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.
