1. Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with clients and agents.
2. Promote, market, quote, bind, and confirm both new and existing business opportunities.
3. Negotiate optimal terms and coverages with available markets.
4. Ensure submissions contain precise data regarding risks and coverages.
5. Oversee accounts to guarantee adherence to the firm's policies and procedures.
6. Support brokers in achieving or surpassing production targets as designated by CRC.
7.

Stay informed about the insurance sector and sales strategies through regular participation in workshops, seminars, literature reviews, and/or formal continuing education.

8. Maintain necessary licenses to conduct business.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance designation
2. Minimum of three years of experience in wholesale insurance or its equivalent

6. Proficient in reviewing information, making decisions, and managing time effectively

9. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
10. Must possess and maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
13. Maintain a travel schedule based on the needs of clients, agents, and new business opportunities.
Overview of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of

CRC Group:

All regular employees (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may vary by the division of CRC Group offering the position.

CRC Group provides medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and tax-advantaged savings accounts, along with other voluntary benefits.

All regularly scheduled employees (not temporary or contingent workers), regardless of the number of scheduled hours, can contribute to a 401(k) savings plan, and become eligible for company matching contributions after one year of service and upon reaching age 21.

Employees also receive a minimum of 10 days of vacation (prorated based on the date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
