We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at CRC Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client and agent relationships, soliciting new business, and negotiating the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets.

1. Develop and maintain client and agent relationships to drive business growth and retention.
2. Solicit and market new business opportunities to existing and potential clients.
3. Negotiate and confirm new and existing business with accessible markets.
4. Ensure accurate data submission and compliance with firm policies and procedures.
5. Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
6. Assist the broker to meet or exceed production goals as assigned by CRC.
7. Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry and sales ideas through regular attendance at workshops, seminars, literature reviews, and/or formal continuing education.
8. Maintain necessary licenses to produce business.

1. Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation.
2. Three years of experience in wholesale insurance or its equivalent.
3. Licensed in corresponding areas of insurance.
4. Ability to understand and analyze necessary components of insurance policies.
5. Ability to understand client needs and have knowledge of risk profiles associated.
6. Ability to review information, make decisions, and manage time effectively.
7. Recognize new trends and developments in the insurance industry and incorporate them into your strategy.
8. Ability to develop, foster, and maintain an excellent working relationship with agencies.
9. Leadership and team playing skills.
10. Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry.
11. Excellent written and verbal skills.
12. Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
13. Maintain travel schedule depending on the needs of clients, agents, and new business.
